HULA HOOP FITNEES

Work on your core strength and balance while learning a new skill. Hula hooping is a great way to get your heart going and put a smile on your face. Whether you are a beginner or a pro this class will challenge you, get your body moving and your mind thinking! Lessons will focus on endurance, balance and coordination as well as new ways to move our bodies with our hula hoops and perform cool tricks.
