Join us for a special evening of culture, creativity, teachings, and community at our Mini Teepee Kit Making Workshop on Friday, May from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM at 947 Memorial Ave, Thunder Bay. This gathering is open to 2-Spirited and Indigenous community members who are looking to connect in a welcoming, supportive, and uplifting space.
During the evening, participants will create their own mini teepee kit while learning about the cultural significance, teachings, and traditional connections connected to the teepee and its importance within Indigenous culture and community. Together we will share stories, laughter, creativity, and meaningful conversation while spending time in a positive community atmosphere.
No experience is needed to join — just bring yourself and an open heart. This workshop is a chance to gather with community, learn cultural teachings, share in creativity, and enjoy an evening filled with connection, laughter, and positive energy in a welcoming space for all.
